At Nook we believe in inclusivity and being a safe space for all. We are always seeking sustainable beauty and are committed to using low and no tox beauty treatments whenever possible. We can’t wait to share our cozy home with you!!!
CANCELLATION POLICY
Nook Salon Cancellation Policy We truly value your support and know that sometimes plans need to shift. As a small salon, our stylists’ time is so important — and your appointment is reserved just for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice so we can offer that time to another client. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment may be subject to a deposit hold of 50% of the scheduled service, which will go towards your next appointment. If you’re needing to adjust your appointment outside of this window, please reach out to your stylist directly — we’re always happy to work with you when possible.
